The Syria Marshall plan, supervised by the “Syrian Economic Task Force”, in cooperation with “Working Group for Economic Development & Reconstruction in Syria” (co-chaired by the governments of UAE and Germany), aims at protecting the Syrian national economy and state from collapsing after the demise of the Syrian regime, while committing to the plan for reconstruction and advancement of Syria through investing in local human resources and applying principles of equality, justice, equal opportunities, and national authority to the process of Syrian economic development and management of the new state’s capabilities.
